A 24/7 operations room staffed by trained watchkeepers puts guards, field teams, cameras and vehicles in one picture, so incidents are seen early and support is coordinated in real time — under Federal Ministry of Interior Licence No. 206.
01Scope
The operations room is where everything is visible: who is entering the site, where the vehicles are and what is happening now.
Monitoring and response run inside our security operations management system, certified to ISO 18788 and ANSI/ASIS PSC.1 (MSS Global, valid to January 2029), under our use-of-force procedures and VPSHR policy.

02How it works
We link the site’s cameras, alarms, vehicles and radio net to the operations room.
Watchkeepers monitor around the clock and follow every movement.
When something happens, the room alerts the team on site, coordinates support and keeps the client informed.
Incidents are logged, escalated and reported, followed by root-cause analysis and corrective actions in line with ISO 18788.

Access-control systems can be added through specialist suppliers for large or remote sites.
Where the site’s systems allow it, yes. We assess the existing cameras and alarms during the risk assessment and agree with you what the operations room will monitor.
