01The risks

What we plan for on construction sites

A site that changes every day needs a plan that changes with it.

  • Access control for contractors, vehicles and plant
  • Out-of-hours security for stores and equipment
  • Perimeter patrols and watch towers
  • Risk assessment before mobilising to site
  • Coordination with site health and safety leads
  • Daily reports of incidents and findings

03How we would start

How we would start

The same method we use on our current contracts, inside ISO 18788.

  1. Assess

A site visit and a documented threat and vulnerability assessment.

  2. Plan

Manning, equipment and emergency plans in a clear technical proposal.

  3. Deploy

    Vetted, trained people, supervised daily.

  4. Monitor

24/7 operations room and regular client reports.

04Questions

Questions about construction & industrial

Our current contracts are in oil and gas, power and telecoms. For construction we apply the same certified method, and we can share our compliance documents and references from other sectors, with those clients’ consent, during procurement.

Mobilisation time depends on the scope: the location, the number of personnel and vehicles, equipment and technology requirements, and any client or site access procedures. We agree the mobilisation plan and timeline with each client as part of the proposal.

Send us your requirements through the contact form, by email to info@diri-alnassir.iq or by phone on +964 776 220 0444, including the type of service, the site or routes and your expected timeline. We discuss the scope with you, carry out a risk assessment (including a site visit where required) and submit a proposal setting out manning, equipment, mobilisation and reporting.
