How Diri Al-Nassir handles training, supervision and incident reporting

Clients often ask what happens between signing a contract and the end of each shift. This note explains how we prepare our people, supervise them on site and report what happens.

Draft awaiting owner review — not for publication until approved. Every fact about the company is taken from existing pages on this site.

01

Selection comes first

Recruitment follows our Selection & Vetting Policy and our Equal Opportunity & Anti-Discrimination Policy. Personnel must be medically fit and hold a valid police conduct certificate.

02

Training before deployment

Everyone completes induction training before deployment, covering:

  • Security protocols and procedures
  • First aid, fire safety and emergency response
  • De-escalation, cultural awareness and conflict management
  • Use of force and human rights, including the VPSHR
  • Weapons handling on the range, for armed personnel

What Diri Al-Nassir does

All personnel formally acknowledge our Code of Conduct and VPSHR Policy, which is reviewed yearly and signed by all personnel.

03

Training continues on site

Training does not stop at deployment. Teams take part in toolbox talks and drills on site, including emergency-response and casualty-care drills, and attend regular refresher courses.

What Diri Al-Nassir does

Each training session is recorded, and examples are published in the training log on our training page.

04

Supervision

Our static security runs under continuous field supervision. Each of our offices in Basra, Kirkuk, Erbil and Mosul has an operations room staffed around the clock by trained watchkeepers, who follow guards, vehicles and field teams in real time.

05

Incident reporting

Every incident is logged, escalated and reported promptly, and the client is told about significant incidents straight away through the operations room.

What Diri Al-Nassir does

Each incident is followed by root-cause analysis and corrective action in line with ISO 18788, and any use of force is reported, investigated and documented. Routine reports are daily, weekly and monthly, with content agreed with each client.

06

A channel open to anyone

Anyone — employees, community members, clients or partners — can raise a concern through our public grievance mechanism or by email to grievance@diri-alnassir.iq. Grievances are handled confidentially, anonymous reports are accepted, and retaliation against anyone reporting in good faith is prohibited.
