01
What to include in your request
Planning starts with three questions: who is moving, where and when. An outline is enough for a first enquiry; the detail follows during planning.
- How many people are moving, and whether they are international or local staff
- The start point, destination and any work sites on the way
- Dates, expected timings and whether the movement will repeat
- Any client or site access procedures the team must follow
- A point of contact on your side for the day of the movement
02
Share details with care
Movement details are sensitive. Limit them to the people who need them, and agree with your provider how names, timings and routes will be exchanged.
03
How the vehicles and team are chosen
The choice of vehicles and team follows the threat assessment, not a fixed package.
What Diri Al-Nassir does
Our PSD teams use armoured or soft-skin vehicles chosen to the threat assessment and checked before every move, with trauma bags and recovery kit in every vehicle.
04
What the provider plans
Ask your provider what it prepares before each move, and how it briefs you on it.
What Diri Al-Nassir does
For every movement we prepare primary and alternative routes, safe halts, an emergency and extraction plan, and a briefing for the team and the client, supported by daily risk briefings.
05
During and after the movement
What Diri Al-Nassir does
Each move is made in constant contact with our 24/7 operations room and tracked by GPS, with convoy coordination over secure radio. Afterwards the mission and any incident are logged, the client receives a report, and lessons feed the next movement.
06
Where we operate
We provide PSD in every governorate of Iraq, including the Kurdistan Region; current work includes Mosul, Kirkuk and Basra and the corridors between Erbil, Nineveh and Kirkuk. Every mission starts with a risk assessment.
